No matter what, you are never far from a 2014 Scorpio mule! It is possibly the most snapped upcoming car of the recent times. The latest spotting comes through the folks at Overdrive.in who have snapped a mule somewhere in Tamil Nadu.
The SUV which has been snapped in motion, features complete body camouflage. From the looks of it, this Scorpio mule appears to be the entry level variant as it carries non-body coloured bumpers as well as silver coloured steel rims. The side blinkers that have moved inwards can be very well seen in the spyshot above.
Apart from that, we have seen Scorpio mules with the following changes:
- XUV500 like Steering wheel
- Projector headlamps
- 17 inch Bridgestone tyres
- New twin pod instrument cluster
- Refreshed Headlamps
- Squarish theme on the dashboard
Apart from this Scorpio facelift is expected to come with a newer grille and slightly different face on the front and possibly altered tail lamps, but there is no proof of them so far. There are some grave changes expected on the interiors. One mule was caught strapped with an exhaust testing devices so there may be a few tweaks to the engines. However, we do not see the engines going through a change. Both the 2.2L mHawk and the 2.5L 75PS diesel engines are expected to be on offer. There may be a few horses up or down!
One of the earlier reports claimed the launch of the new Mahindra Scorpio sometime in June this year and we also see the SUV retaining its current price tags, almost.
