Audi India’s talented Aditya Patel would be participating in the 7th VLN endurance race on the Audi R8 LMS Ultra.
The endurance race is to be held on 4th August at Nürburgring track. Aditya has been practicing with the car as a part of Audi race experience program and has successfully completed the testing.
In this 6 hour ADAC Ruhr-Pokal-Rennen 7th VLN endurance race, Aditya would pair up with triple Le Mans winner Marco Werner which is a first time for the young lad.
The Audi R8 LMS Ultra boasts of several technical and structural modifications in comparison to its predecessor, hence the ‘ultra’ tag. It is 40 kgs lighter, with over 500 Nm of torque, finer aerodynamics, wider front wheels and better brake cooling making it one of the most competitive cars on the track. The Audi R8 LMS Ultra also clocked the brand’s first ever victory at the 24 hours of Nürburgring earlier this year in May, finishing first and second in stunning fashion.

An ecstatic Aditya said, “All I see before my eyes now is the starting line at the Nürburgring. That is my level of excitement. The Audi R8 LMS Ultra is powerful, has fantastic balance, is extremely stable around the corners and drives like none other on the track.”
