Buoyed by the response and to further propel sales, Audi is planning to launch 2 products very soon.
First would be the TT which would be launched during the first quarter of 2012. This will be followed by the Audi Q3 which Audi plans to launch by June this year
Audi’s current model range in India includes Audi A4, Audi A6, Audi Q5, Audi Q7 and the last year launches which include Audi A8 L, Audi A7 Sportsback, Audi RS5 and the Supersports Audi R8 Spyder.
Audi is the leader in luxury SUV segment with Q7 and Q5 already selling in great numbers. With the addition of the more ‘affordable’ Q3 it is expected that Audi would further strengthen this lead. Audi would also launch S6 but a timeframe has not been provided.
With this, Audi also has plans to enhance its dealerbase. With its presence in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kochi, Kolkata, Ludhiana, Mumbai West, Pune and Surat this year Audi would cover Nagpur, Coimbatore and Lucknow and further consolidate presence in Delhi and Mumbai.
