Apart from Ciaz, facelifts of existing cars, Maruti has launched a new limited edition Wagon R Krest.
The main aim of this special edition seems to be concentrated on making the driver’s life easier. Krest gets 10 new features as add-ons and manages to look just a wee bit fresher than the existing car.
Features of WagonR Krest Limited Edition
The additional bits which the WagonR Krest gets are listed below…
- A new front radiator protection grille
- 2 DIN audio system with Bluetooth and Speakers
- Reverse parking sensors with display
- Keyless central locking
- New seat covers
- Body stickers on the shoulder line
- New wheel covers for the steel wheels
- New mud flaps
- New carpet floor mats
- Steering wheel cover
Visually, the front grille and the new decals on the sides are the major distinguishing factors. Keyless central locking and reverse parking assist with display are the more practical and usable additions on the new special edition WagonR.
The mechanicals remain absolutely same – K10B 998cc mill which claims to run 20.5km for a litre of petrol. In CNG mode it returns a mileage of 26.6 km/kg and in the LPG mode it returns a mileage of 14.6kmpl. However, they do not come for free…as you will have to pay Rs 22,500 (market cost is Rs 32,000) over the existing price of the regular variants.
