In an official communication we have received, Skoda has shared with us that they will launch the Octavia on 3rd of October in India.
For all of you who are confused, then let us clarify it for you. The event that took place on 9th of August was the official unveiling of the car announcing to the world (which is India in this case), the return of Octavia brand to the country.
The event on 3rd of October will be the launch of the car wherein Skoda will reveal the price, official details, specs and trims of the car. And thereafter, deliveries of the new D-Segment sedan will commence and you can lay your hand on one.
Production of Octavia is already underway and the car is being produced at Skoda’s Aurangabad plant in Maharashtra.
The launch will take place in New Delhi and timings and venue details will be shared with us shortly. MotorBash will be attending the event live from the venue and will report about all the official details along with the much anticipated price live from ground zero.
