Smallest Audi Q2 Unveiled: Gets New Design Philosophy

Audi Q2 is company’s new smallest crossover/SUV. International launch this year…

Audi at the Geneva Motor Show 2016 has unveiled the Q2, their new baby SUV. Moving away from the typical design philosophy of its existing models, the German luxury car maker has brought in a new style language. The focus here clearly seems to have shifted to a more youth centric audience. With a single frame octagonal front grille, low roof line and a contrasting coloured C pillar, the Q2 looks small but enticing.

Audi Q2 measures 4.19 m in length, 1.79 m in width and 1.51 m in terms of overall height. The wheelbase is 2.60 m long. The driver’s seat has been made low vis-a-vis the steering wheel, pretty much like that of a typical Audi sedan. A standard MMI screen has been integrated on top of the dashboard. An optional touch screen version is also available (MMI Navigation Plus).
