Spied Again! Tata Indica Vista CR4; This Time With Covered Badges

You saw the first conclusive spy pics of Vista CR4 at MotorBash a few days back. Incidentally those are the only pics of Indica Vista that confirm that Tata is working on the CR4diesel heart which is expected to replace the TDI version. Well, we come back with more 🙂

Now, we spot this car again on the outskirts of Pune and this time the CR4 badges get covered by tapes. This is the base LS variant which Tata is testing without the Left Hand Side Rear View Mirror (Unfortunately, it is optional according to Indian safety regulations!!!).

In an interesting and exclusive scoop we revealed that the new upcoming Vista Quadrajet 90 (90PS Fiat sourced engine), Tata is using the Manza dashboard hinting about a possible shift of the center console at its “correct” place. But alas! on this mule, it is the regular center-mounted console which we could notice clearly.

Tata should be launching this Vista with the efficient 25kmpl CR4 engine which belts out 70PS of power and 140Nm of torque. This Vista CR4 would sit under the normal 75 PS Quadrajet Vista and it would be topped by the 90PS Vista Quadrajet. We do not think there would be any specific press launch for this version and can expect a Press Release anytime soon!
