SPIED: Price Cut Force One SUV Caught Testing Again

What we bring to you are fresh spyshots of the SUV under testing in Pune. As we can see, Force has stripped the car of many ‘luxurious‘ features. It will come without the alloy wheels, body colored bumpers & door handles, fog lamps, roof rails, LED DRLs (Daytime Running Lights). Also the wheel arches and ORVMs get the regular black colors. There will be changes to the interiors as well.

However, the biggest change is the engine. Yes, the price cut Force One EX will not come with the 2.2L FMTECH diesel engine from the current Force One which is on sale. Instead, it will get a BS3 motor which will produce lesser power and torque. With this variant Force wants to capture the tier 2 tier 3 markets.

And for you city folks, Force is also preparing a higher variant of Force One which will come with 4X4 capability along with ABS (See Spyshots). Both these variants will be launched within a couple of months from now. With the new Gurkha also on offer, indications are clear that Force wants to do good in the passenger car utility market and new launches and added product portfolios will definitely help.
