Aggressive Ford Expands to 164 Cities With 304 Sales & Service Outlets

To strengthen its hold on the Indian car market, Ford India has begun to cast its presence across the whole expanse of the nation. This involved the setting-up and inauguration of Ford 3S outlets (Sales, Service and Spares) as well as other touch points in multiple cities on the same day.

For example, the 3S outlets are capable of handling all what is required for sales and service of a vehicle. This covers sales of the vehicles as well as the spare parts plus the facility for servicing. Similarly, there are outlets that deal only with either sales or service tasks. Other types include Extended Sales and Service outlets with Quick Lane facilities.

The key cornerstone of this expansion move is to make the brand Ford more accessible to the masses of the nation. Ford claims that the new facilities are built in strict adherence with Brand @ Retail guidelines to deliver a good, lingering experience, especially to first-time buyers. The resulting positive word-of-mouth statements from the satisfied customers will help Ford gain an even stronger foothold.

The facilities were inaugurated in cities like Faridabad, Noida, Sriganaganagar and Jhansi in the Northern region; Shillong and  Dimapur in the East; Hosur, Kochi in the South; and Sanand, Raipur, Nashik, Chandrapur and Panvel in the Western region to name a few.
