Audi India continues to spread its wings in the Indian luxury car market and has recently launched its 35th showroom in the country in Kozhikode and their second in Kerala, the other one being in Kochi. This move comes with the growing demand for luxury cars in that region.
Spread over an area of 15,300 square feet, the new showroom cum workshop is located at NH17, Calicut-Kannur highway. Behind the honeycomb aluminium façade is the display area which has space enough to accommodate 8 Audi cars. Apart from the existing line-up, the recently launched Audi A3 will also be on display, making it the first showroom to do so. The outlet will also house an Audi Shop, where customers can buy their choice of products from a wide range of Audi branded merchandise.
The whole concept of the showroom is to take the customer’s experience to a next level, helping them to choose a car easily. The showroom will also see a body and paint shop coming up adjacent to the facility in the next five months. This will further enhance the ability to service Audi cars in Kozhikode and the customers would not have to worry sending their cars to a different city.
The in-house service workshop is spread over an area of 10,000 square feet. It has the capability to service ten cars in a day during a single shift, thanks to a total 5 service bays. The entire staff at the facility, both at the sales area and workshop, have been trained to ensure world class service and behavior to customers.
