You must be following our Evalia Live Updates thread. The news is that Nissan has launched the much awaited Evalia in India at a starting price of 8.49 Lakhs ex-showroom Delhi.
Variants with Prices:
Nissan Evalia would be available in 4 variants:
Evalia XE : 8.49 Lakh
Evalia XE+ : 8.92 Lakh
Evalia XL : 9.49 Lakh
Evalia XV : 9.99 Lakh

Evalia would be made available in 4 variants – XE, XE+, XL and XV
1. Evalia XE: This would be the base variant which would come with the following features
- Power Steering with Tilt Adjust
- Manual AC
- Electronically controlled ORVMs
- Antilock-Brake System
- EBD with Brake Assist
- No Power Windows
2. Evalia XE+: This would come with all the features of XE plus the following
- 2 Airbags – driver and front passenger
- Music System with speakers in front two doors
3. Evalia XL: This would come with features of XE+ plus the following
- Front two power windows
- Central Locking
- Music System with speakers on 4 doors
- Rear AC Vents
4. Evalia XV: This is the topmost version and would come with features of XL plus the following
- Fog Lamps
- Push-button Start
- 15-inch Alloy Wheels
The good thing here is the inclusion of safety features like ABS, EBD and Airbags from the base variants which look fairly loaded. However, Power Windows is one option that would be solely missed. These are not the comprehensive list of features.

Disappointed with prices. May be tad higher. But this leaves great pricing scope to AL Style. I’m hoping atleast AL will launch true basic model. i.e. AC + PS only.
