Discounts on Duster stretch to over 1.20 Lakhs on its AMT variant. All other cars on offers too
Renault, as a part of its December celebrations along with the milestone of Kwid crossing one lakh sales has announced biggest discounts on their cars with the Duster leading the way.
Discounts on Duster – December
Get AMT at the price of Manual + additional discount: The best offer is on the Duster RXL AMT. You get Rs 60,000 price cut (which is what the difference between RXL AMT and Manual transmission is) plus a gift cheque of Rs 60,000 totalling to benefits of Rs 1.2 Lakhs.
All other variants get discounts of upto Rs 80,000 plus accessories worth Rs 5000.
Discounts on Lodgy:
Renault’s MPV which has been surprisingly doing better than Mobilio (but sales still in lower three digits), gets benefits of Rs 1 Lakh on 85 PS RXL and World Edition variants. Other variants are also on discounts but they are slightly lesser than this. On the complete range you can also avail off Rs 7000 as corporate discount, plus accessories worth Rs 5000.
Cars like Pulse hatchback and Scala sedan which are not doing well in sales also get massive discounts and offers of upto Rs 40,000 and Rs 90,000 respectively. There are no upfront discounts on Kwid hatchback as can be expected.
So, if you are considering buying the Duster and Creta (for all your sensible decisions) does not make the cut this is probably the best time specially for the RXL AMT version. You can also read our review of Duster AMT here. Above listed are officially announced offers from Renault and we hope they are applicable in most of the cities of India.
Reault claims that December Celebration offer is the biggest offer the company has ever launched since its foray in India. However, we have seen them offering better discounts in a few instances earlier. Apart from the upfront offers, Renault is also giving away one Duster/Lodgy daily from it allocated quota of 27 cars through a lucky draw. This is applicable all around the conutry apart from Tamil Nadu since Lucky Draw is not permitted in that South Indian state.
