This service assurance is guaranteed for the 4 major cities of New Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bangalore. Recently, instances of non-confirmation, refusal to ply etc among the cab operators in cities are on the rise and this assurance is expected to show a resolve to this very issue.
EasyCabs has a fleet of 2500 cars across these 4 cities and it serves as many as 15,000 customers per day. Moving with the times, EasyCabs cars come with GPS Tracking and well laid out infrastructure.
In an unfortunate event of non-compliance to this guarantee, a customer will be entitled for a free ride in the city. However, it comes with the following conditions:
- The free ride will be upto Rs 500 inside the city.
- The booking from the customer should be greater than or equal to 10kms.
- The booking should be done prior to 1 hour of travel.
However, team Carzonrent is confident that no cab will be cancelled and if there is any unavoidable circumstance, their customer care team will inform the customer about the delay in the cab.
