Fiat Avventura is a crossover vehicle, and is essentially a more rugged version of the Fiat Punto. It gets better off-roading potential as well as significant styling changes from the Punto. These include a wider footprint, a taller stance, a black wraparound enveloping the lower portion of the vehicle and a rear mounted spare wheel.

Avventura will be powered by 1.4L NA petrol engine from Linea Classic and Punto and the 1.3L Multijet diesel which is expected to come in the VGT 90PS tune. Avventura will be launched towards the second half of this year. In exclusive spottings we have shared the first ever production spyshots of the car which reveal that there are a few omissions from the concept showcased at the Expo. You can check out spyshots here.

Abarth is one of the various brands that take shelter under the conglomerate umbrella of Fiat. The Abarth 500 premium hatchback was unveiled at the Delhi Auto Expo, too. They plan to launch this absolutely gorgeous vehicle in India by the end of this year.

The Abarth 500 is a three-door hatchback derived from the Fiat 500 of yore, and legend. In India, the Abarth 500 will compete against the Volkswagen Beetle and BMW’s Mini Cooper. Abarth 500 may be locally assembled to give it an edge in terms of price as compared to its competitors.  Despite its Reminds-you-of-Yesterday type of styling, the Abarth is not short of modern technology.
