Fiat’s Free Nationwide Check-up Camps Kick Start from Today

Fiat India’s attempt to woo customers to their products has reached maturity. They are launching a nationwide check-up camp for all Fiat branded vehicles from September 26 ie today till September 28, 2014. The camp will also give the customers to test drive the new Punto Evo and book the upcoming crossover Avventura.

This national level check-up camp will be held at all Fiat exclusive dealerships and workshops. In all, customers from 91 cities will benefit from the 106 workshops Fiat has. Through such initiatives, Fiat is trying to resurrect its image of a not-so-good at service company. Events like these help in reaching out to their existing as well as prospective customer base, which will surely help Fiat increase its market share in India.

The Indian market is such that having just a quality product is not good enough to help push its sales, quality after sales service is one of the most important factors behind its success.

FIAT exclusive dealership executives will be contacting the existing Fiat customers via text messages and e-mails to inform them about the camps. However, the check-up camps in West Bengal, Assam and Bihar will be conducted in November 2014.

The cars coming to these check-up camps will be grilled via a 52 point check list and the cars will be given a free top wash. There will also be a 20 per cent discount on labor charges and a 10 per cent discount on spare parts related to any mechanical repairs which will have to be undertaken in these camps.
