Fiat Starts Teasing Limited Edition Punto Karbon and Linea Royale

Fiat India has started promoting two new limited edition versions of their existing model range. Called as the Punto Karbon and Linea Royale, the cars have been added to their official website and we expect sales to begin in the next few days. While a festive season launch would have given them more traction, there is a possibility that they might have delayed their launch to give more traction to the new Urban Cross.

The car gets several visual updates which are exclusive to these models. The Punto Karbon is based on the Punto Evo with the 1.3-litre multijet diesel producing 90 PS of maximum power output. The Linea Royale is based on the newly introduced 125S version which is powered by 1.4 -litre T-Jet petrol mill churning out  125 PS.

Both the cars get a new Pearl White paint scheme along with matte black roof and new alloy wheels. The Fiat Punto Karbon gains new all-black interiors with white stitching, adding relief to the upholstery. The Fiat Linea Royale gets tan leather upholstery.

The hatchback further gets exclusive ‘Karbon’ decals on the side profile while the mid-sized sedan gets ‘Royale’ badging just below the C-pillar. Pricing details for these cars have not been revealed at the moment. We, however, expect them to be a few thousand bucks more expensive than the corresponding variant in the standard line-up.
