Keeping its promise of a July launch, Pune based Force Motors has launched new variants of the Force One SUV without much ado. One of them is a base variant, while the other two include a 4X4 Variant with ABS & EBD.
MotorBash readers were the first ones to check out the conclusive 4×4 badged Force One Mule back in September last year. We were the first ones to share with all our readers the naming convention ‘EX’ of the base variant. Now moving on lets talk about what is on offer:
Force One is now available in three variants. Here they are :-
Force One offers two engine options. The SX and LX variants are powered by a 2.2-litre, common rail diesel engine which produces 141 PS of power at 3800 RPM and 321 Nm of torque between 1600-2400 RPM. The base Force One EX, on the other hand, uses the Gurkha’s 2650cc turbo diesel engine which produces 82PS of power at 3200 RPM and 230 Nm of torque between 1800-2000 RPM. Both the motors are mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox, which are completely different units. The base variant of the Force One is targeted at mofussil-based customers as it is only BS-III compliant.
After facing heightened competition, the Force One has been priced aggressively. Quite a few features have been shown the door for the base EX variant. Here’s the details:
In addition to the three variants, there are some sub-variants. Here are the prices of all Force One variants which you can buy:
