Ford India, in an official communication, has informed about the change of organisational structure in the company. Mr Vinay Piparsania will now be the Director Marketing, Sales and Service operations at Ford Global Business Services.

Ford’s Global Business Services (GBS) division provides support to nearly every Ford location around the world in the areas of IT, Engineering, Finance and Accounting, Automotive Financing, Marketing, Sales and Service, Analytics and Purchasing. Vinay will be leading responsibility for the global Marketing Sales and Service operations in GBS, and will be based in Chennai, India.

Mr Anurag Mehrotra will be taking over Vinay as Ford India’s Executive Director for Marketing, Sales and Service. He will be leading the responsibility for all sections of Marketing, Sales and Service operations of Ford India, which will entail revenue, sales volume, market share, marketing strategy & launches as well as dealer development, after sales service and overall customer satisfaction.

This constant rotation of workforce shows how the in-house talent is being utilized and nurtured for a sustainable growth, both for the employee and the company. These appointments will be in effect form October 1, 2014.

Anurag, before this re-shuffle, served as Vice President, Sales at Ford India and looked after Ford’s growing sales network in India. Previously, he has also served as the Vice President, Marketing at Ford India and was one of the key people behind designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns for Ford India’s product line-up.

Mr Vinay Raina, will replace Anurag as the new Vice President, Sales, Ford India. He was previously the General Manager, Product Marketing. In the role, Mr Raina will lead sales operations of Ford India including sales planning and programming and fleet sales.
