According to Economic Times, the stopping of bookings varies with different dealerships. It seems that it is the diesel EcoSport potential customers that miss out the most since it is the largest selling option of the lot. While some dealers have stopped bookings of Ambiente TDCI diesel version, others are not taking orders for the Titanium and Trend variants of the SUV.

Similar is the case with EcoBoost petrol as some dealers have stopped bookings for the Titanium Optional variant of the one-litre 3 cylinder Ecoboost engine-powered petrol variant.

The EcoBoost engine is the real gem in the whole proposition as it is powerful, efficient and a compact unit. Did you know that the entire engine footprint is just the size of an A4 sheet? The diesel engine is the same unit as on the new Fiesta.
