If you always had a desire to own a Honda City Automatic but your pocket didn’t support you, then this news might bring you happiness! Honda has launched an Automatic variant of the City S which is the mid-trim variant in the line-up.
This is the second member of City‘s automatic family. Previously, customers looking for a City Automatic, had the only option of the top end variant, City V. This newly launched City S gets the same 5-Speed Automatic Gearbox as the City V.
However, except the 5-Speed Automatic Box, rest of features of the City V are not offered in the City S. The mid-trim S variant still misses out Turn Indicators on ORVMs, Chrome inserts on door handles and exhaust tip, fog lamps, 10 spoke alloy wheels and gun metal finish on the dash board.
This variant of the City S is set to compete with the Skoda Rapid Elegance which comes with a 6-Speed Automatic Box and priced at Rs. 8.42 Lakhs (Ex-Showroom Delhi). The new City S Automatic is priced at Rs. 9.09 Lakhs (Ex-Showroom Delhi).
