If you’re planning to visit the Ford showroom soon, we would suggest you to wait till Sunday and take an after-dinner walk to the showroom. No, don’t clench your eyebrows, because this Sunday all the Ford Showrooms across 123 cities will remain open till midnight. In the eve of this Midnight Sale, there will be chances to win goodies like LED TVs, DVD Players etc. every buyer will get an assured gift with every purchase.
This initiative is taken by Ford India to boost up sales. Due to reasons like costlier car loans, fuel price hike and car price hike, car sales grew in the slowest rate in the month of April. Last time when Ford India conducted the Midnight Sales, dealers sold over 15 day stock in just 2 days. Some of the dealers managed to sell four times of their normal average. Mr. Nigel Wark, Executive Director, Marketing, Sales and Service, Ford India, said “We see no reason why it could not be replicated this time”.
“This is the quieter time of the year. So, we want to bring in some excitement and draw people into the showroom” he also added.
