Mahindra Faces The Courtroom in USA

An American Auto Dealer has sued the company Mahindra and Mahindra of misinterpretation and fraud and acquiring more than $60 Millions from many dealers and not performing the promised action.

Dealers said, “Mahindra promised them that the light trucks and SUVs are ready to be delivered and are awaiting the certification process to be completed. Mahindra.” All this kept on going for around 2 years. They also said that in 2008, Mahindra acquired some $9.5 Million and promised to start the deliveries of the vehicles soon and kept on making false promises.

On the other hand, Mahindra has said, “Since the case is already in court we would restrain ourselves from commenting. However, We would like to state that some dealers had earlier filed a suit against Mahindra and Global Vehicles in the US District Court in Missouri. The Missouri Court dismissed all claims against Mahindra in that suit. Significantly, the Missouri Court also ruled that Mahindra could not be held liable for any action of Global Vehicles with respect to its dealers

We, MotorBash.com too will restrain ourselves from commenting anything on the matter and would like to see how the matter goes.
