Maruti Suzuki, in order to boost their premiumness have opened MyNexa Concierge at Terminal 3 of the Indira Gandhi National Airport, New Delhi. Folks enrolled under MyNexa loyalty programme will be offered exclusive services. The country’s largest car maker has been trying to shun its image of just a low cost car maker and grow as a premium manufacturer. This new lounge will go a long way in making this possible.
Nexa is a new range of dealerships by Maruti, aiming to redefine the process of purchase and ownership of a vehicle. It even recently celebrated its 1st year anniversary. Trying to give the best hospitality services to their customers, My Nexa Concierge will have a dedicated lounge to sit and relax, high-speed internet, iPads and a choice of food & beverages to enjoy.
A special car display area just next to the lounge will be open to everyone traveling out of Delhi, who may like to familiarise with the Nexa experience and take a look of the premium products (at present Nexa retails just the S-Cross and Baleno). Spread over an area of 900 square feet, this new service by Maruti will be a great new way to gain prospective customer’s attention.
My Nexa Concierge also follows the monochrome theme seen in the rest of the range of dealerships. The company aims to target new customers with Nexa and a presence in T3, IGI will definitely give them a boost.
