Michelin has announced the launch of its second Michelin Green Guide for India. After the success of the first part of the series pertaining to Chennai (Tamil Nadu) back in 2013, the Delhi Agra Jaipur Green guide is the second in the chain.
Encouraging travelers from all corners of the world to explore the rich heritage and tremendous cultural diversity in India, this guide will be immensely helpful for all.
Any attempt to understand the historical past of the country is incomplete without knowing in full the magnificence and grandeur of the art and architecture of Mughal and Rajput era. The golden triangle of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur helps in adding a new perspective to sustainable tourism. Michelin aims to develop mobility around the world not only through innovative Michelin tyres, but also through their flagship mobility assets such as the Green Guide campaign.
To help in discovering the hidden treasures of this golden triangle, this Green Guide proposes travel plans for exploring the remnants of the short-lived city Fatehpur Sikri, spotting tigers on a jeep safari in Ranthambore National Park, and living through the local colour of the Pushkar annual camel fair and of course, Taj Mahal, part of the seven wonders of the world!
