We have seen almost all colors of Ford EcoSport apart from a couple of them and if there is any one color which is our personal favorite, it has to be this kinetic blue! (obviously after THE Black!).
Apart from a few test mule pics, here are a few snaps of EcoSport in kinetic blue color which was kept on display at the Goa Media Drive at Grand Hyat! This is the same blue shade which we get in the Figo and a little gleam of the dawn made it look even better. This blue color also made the creases and muscularity of EcoSport a little more apparent.
Another interesting bit is that, this car carried beige interiors which looked different and slightly more airy. Being the Titanium trim, it comes with alloy wheels on all 4 tyres as well as the spare wheel. It also gets integrated side blinkers in the ORVMs.
Ford EcoSport PowerShift Details:
Ford will offer the EcoSport in automatic PowerShift transmission which is a 6-speed and it will come only in the 1.5L Ti-VCT petrol motor. This means that there is no automatic option in the much-famed 1.0L EcoBoost petrol as well as the diesel motor. EcoSport Automatic will only be available in the Titanium trim and Ford has given a miss to all the other trims other variants are getting.
The EcoSport Powershift will return a decent ARAI rated 15.6kmpl of fuel efficiency. According to our unconfirmed sources, EcoSport with this powershift transmission might be priced around Rs 8.75 Lakhs ex-showroom. After its launch on 26th June, EcoSport will join our list of available automatic hatchbacks/small cars in India.
