The rear end also seems to be slightly redesigned with realignment of the curves. The tail light arrangement has been shaken up and looks better by a few notches. The hatchback looks big and will probably continue to be one of the prettiest cars in the segment.

The interiors are almost a lift-off from the new Linea and look as good. The same set of engine options will continue to power the car. 1.3L Multijet diesel in two power tunes, 76PS and 93PS and petrol engines including 1.2L Fire with 68PS of power and the 1.4L mill churning out 90PS of power.

Fiat’s ‘aggressive’ plans are yet to see the once-promised 1.6L Multijet coming to India, and this has been a major let down on their part. After Punto facelift, the next product would be the interesting Avventura which will be followed by the eagerly awaited Abarth series!
