Tata Motors has launched a new small pick-up called Tata SuperAce Mint which is primarily targeted to be a last mile cargo transport solution for Rs 5.09 lakhs (ex-showroom, Thane).
Aiming to give a good combination of performance, ruggedness, comfort, superior ride and handling, style and best in class cost of ownership, the SuperAce Mini promises to maximize revenues for its owners. It will also meet requirements of both intra and intercity transport.
The SuperAce Mint is powered by a 1.4 Liter DiCOR engine which is BS4 emission norms certified. Producing a maximum power output of 70 PS, the pick-up can hit a top whack of 125 kmph (eyebrows raised!!) and return a rated fuel efficiency of 17.9 kmpl. It also boasts of the longest in class loading body of 2,630 mm for increasing the load bearing capabilities.

The SuperAce Mint is available in four colour options:
- Blazing Red (pictured on this page)
- Castle Grey
- Arctic White
- Meteor Silver
With this launch, Tata Motors is further trying to penetrate into the small Pick-up market and plans to grow its market share in this segment which is already pegged at over 50 per cent.
