Not many cars enjoy this privilege of people flocking in herds to have a little glimpse of them on the net before their launch. Renault Duster is among the few who has been a big crowd puller and has built up a huge hype.
We informed you that Duster would be launched early July and meanwhile, it has been confirmed by AutoCar, that the compact SUV would be launched on the 4th of July in India. This makes us barely a fortnight away from the official launch of the car.
Duster would be powered by a 1.6L petrol engine good for 102.5bhp and the 1.5L diesel would be offered in two tunes – 85 PS and 110PS. Duster is expected to price its base variant slightly over the 7 lakh mark whereas the top-of-the-line diesel is expected to go around 11 lakh.
