Mercedes Benz is trying hard to be seen as the most recognized luxury car manufacturer in the country. They have collaborated with Carzonrent to start India’s first ‘Luxury Self Drive’.
Carzonrent has one of the largest fleet of cars in the luxury segment. The new service which they have come up with is the chance to get luxurious Mercedes Benz cars on rent as a self-driven car, no chauffeurs! This service has been started under the brand name Myles.
The company believes that the demand for luxury personal mobility vehicles in India has increased, especially among the young Indians who lead a global lifestyle. It gives them the chance to enjoy the fun of driving a Mercedes while not bothering to have to maintain it. Initially available only on the C Class and E Class models, there are extensive plans to bring the SLK and AMG versions to increase its popularity.
High chauffeur prices, availability of navigation systems and improving conditions of the roads, all of these have helped the demand for luxury self-driven cars on rent.
Carzonrent Rental Plans for Mercedes Cars
You can book your Merc via two tariff plans, either on a full day basis or hourly basis as the need be.
Daily rental:
- C-Class – Rs 6,500 per day
- E-Class – Rs 9,500 per day
Hourly rental:
- C-Class – Rs 900 per hour (Up to 25 km, fuel included)
- E-Class – Rs 1,200 per hour (Up to 25 km, fuel included)
This service is, however, available only in select cities of New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai as of now!
