Yesterday was a day where we spotted as many as 4 cars under test. A 4×4 Xylo, a possible 4×4 Force One, SAIL sedan (no pics) and then this Mahindra Bolero. The Xylo and Bolero were caught at the similar diesel bunk which stopped for tanking up. I went up close to this Bolero and asked if they were testing anything on this car.

The co-driver, who was busy signing at the diesel receipt informed us that it was the display console they were testing. We asked him what exactly in the console and he replied that there is some fault with the current console and they have rectified the same. And that is what they were testing.

MotorBash Bolero Testing

The dashboard seemed similar to the existing model and nothing seemed amiss. We are unsure if it exactly is the same reason why this ‘under test’ bolero was on the road. The model was (most probably) DI turbo and the codename was also¬†sticker-ed near the badging¬†. We have attached clear pics of the car, check if you could notice any difference and mention them in the comments section.
