All the earlier spy pics of the upcoming updated Ford Figo were in striking yellow color. AutoCarma has spied a couple of new mules one in red and the other one in blue color.
Though that is not a guarantee but this hints that Ford is expected to launch the new Figo in at least two new colors – Yellow and Blue as caught. Considering the kind of colors caught so far, Ford might be giving the car a few sporty add-ons and promote it the similar way.
The new test mules were the most hidden seen so far with white colored tape covering the changed parts – headlights, front bumpers, tail lamps and running across the lower body. We already know about the following changes:
- Altered and slightly redesigned front bumper
- Revamped and possibly sharpened front headlamps
- Changed fog lamp housing
- Possibly slightly changed grille
- The rear tail-light assembly has been inverted – the parking/brake lights go up and the reverse comes down. This might be possible to provide a little better illumination while reversing.
We do not expect any engine related changes. Hope there are a few changes to the interiors of the car. It could be safely expected that Ford is targeting the festive time of Diwali to launch this car in the Indian market.
