Winger the maxi-van introduced by TATA is one vehicle which has been received well by the utility seekers. We spotted this Winger CNG a few days back at the Mumbai-Pune bypass road. However, when will this get launched is a big question mark since TATA has been testing the CNG variant for the past many months now.
The current Winger Range consists of:
- The normal people/passenger carrier
- School Van
- Ambulance
- Cargo
The variants on offer are:
- Standard Flat Roof Non AC
- Deluxe Hi Roof AC/Non AC
- Deluxe Flat Roof AC/Non AC
- Luxury Flat Roof AC
Winger is powered by a 2 Liter TCIC Diesel engine producing 90bhp @ 4300 rpm and 190Nm of torque @ 2000-3000 rpm. The van we caught was the flat roof version which also had a small battered back. Let’s wait when would TATA get this CNG variant into the market, finally.
