Now, this is getting interesting! We have seen test mules of upcoming Scorpio facelift with front camouflage and front + rear camouflage guise.
In a latest, Motor Vikatan has shared spyshots of a new Scorpio facelift mule which is camouflaged to the teeth! What these new spyshots also reveal are the interior shots of the SUV, for the first time ever!
Caught somewhere in Coimbatore, this appears to be the lower variant going by the bare basic steel wheels. For the first time, it appears that the car is carrying proper headlights from the dummy ones it has been sporting so far. From what we can make out, they may be smoked, possibly projectors. But what appears certain are the new placement of side blinkers.
On the interiors front, the dashboard appears to be redone with circular theme giving way to more ‘squares’. As a first, we can see rectangular aircon vents and even the instrument cluster hood going through a change.
Considering the grey interiors, we feel this may be the ‘LX’ variant without many gizmos and features. What we can also notice is the big, uncomfortable gear knob continuing its journey to the improved version as well.

Enginewise, it is understood that both the 75PS and 120PS motors will continue to do duty, possibly registering similar power outputs. However, driveability and efficiency are expected to go through a betterment. And of what we know, Mahindra has plans to launch the Scorpio facelift in June 2014.
