After a little delay Maruti has officially shared the announcement of the launch of the new 2015 Dzire facelift which is now the country’s most fuel efficient car and starts at a price tag of Rs 5.07 lakhs, as we told you earlier!

2015 Dzire Facelift is the Most Fuel Efficient Car; Power Reduced in Petrol
Maruti Suzuki’s best-selling sedan Dzire is set to become the country’s most fuel efficient car by beating its own sibling Ciaz. As per the brochure images we have in hand, 2015 Dzire comes with a rated fuel efficiency of a whooping 26.59 kmpl for the 1.3 Liter DDiS diesel engine, which is slightly more than Ciaz’s 26.21 kmpl.

The new Maruti Suzuki Dzire facelift has reached dealerships as you can see here. The model pictured is the mid VXi petrol version. The major changes to the cosmetics are chrome-laden front grille, fog lamps cluster and rear tail gate.

If you come to think of it, the Swift update was not a major leap as far as its design is concerned. All that it got was an elongated lower lip on the front bumper and a few other very minor niptucks. However, Maruti feels Dzire needs a more serious facelift and here it is in front of you laughing its gills out.
