Tata Motors was recently ranked second in the JD Power India 2016 Syndicate Customer Service Index Study. To continue with this run, Tata has announced a nationwide Mega Service Camp for passenger car owners.
The free service camp is currently in its 6th edition and will include an extensive 40 point diagnosis of the car. Starting on November 11, 2016, the camp will continue till November 17, 2016. Participating dealers include 527 outlets spread over 281 locations in the country. The company has tied up with over 20 suppliers to offer discount on spare parts, accessories, lubricants and other services.
Suppliers will offer discount up to 10 percent on various value added services and genuine accessories. These will be accompanied with discounts of up to 20 percent on Tata Motors original parts and labour charges and other special offers of up to Rs 1000 off on new batteries. Customers will also be offered insurance renewal offers. Tata will also offer discounts on Road Side Assistance policy.
