Tata Motors has announced that they will be conducting a nationwide monsoon check up camp for their customers. Starting on July 15, 2016, this will continue till July 21, 2016 and will be spread across 533 workshops in 285 cities. Customers can avail for free a complete 40 point comprehensive check up. Discounts of up to 20 per cent on original parts and labour charges will also be offered. Tata has also tied up with more than 20 suppliers who will offer a discount of up to 10% on accessories, lubricants and other value added services.
The main aim of this check up camp is to build a bond with their customers and help them have a hassle free monsoon season. The brand has been having a tough time getting in the positive books of customers and prospective buyers. Camps like these will certainly go a long way in making them a popular choice.
