The German car giant Volkswagen has ventured into used car business in India under the brand name Das WeltAuto.Good thing about this used car business is, Volkswagen will deal with cars from every manufacturers and not just VW-made cars. The company will provide one year warranty on all used VW cars sold and six month warranty on non-VW made cars. The company will put every car through a stringent 160-point checklist, resulting in a hassle-free ownership experience.
The company has started the process with its dealership in Mumbai and currently 15 dealerships across the country will be under this scheme. By the end of the year, the company plans to take the number to 21. Cities where Das WeltAuto is present are:
