Maruti Suzuki has announced that their Manesar plant will start the manufacturing process with peak capacity from mid-October. Since the mishap caused by the violence on July 18th, the plant was locked out for almost a month. Then the plant finally resumed production under heavy security surveillance  on 21st August. All these events left a very negative impact on the company’s profile and production.

Since August 21, the Manesar plant was functioning but not in full capacity. Cars like Swift, DZire were facing a prolonged backlog due the shutdown. Finally, it’s a good news for the customers who have already booked a Swift/DZire and waiting eagerly to get their hands on the car! As soon as the plant resumes full production, waiting period for these car is also expected to come down.

However, the next big thing from Maruti is the upcoming Alto 800 which is expected to become the largest seller in the forthcoming months.

We have already shared with you clear pics and specifications of the car. Maruti has started bookings of the new car which would be officially launched on 16th October.
