  2. This is reference to complaint no. 169902495, undersigned has booked.
the diesel variant from october’12 and till date I have not received.
any confirmation regarding firm vehicle delivery schedule. However at
the time of my booking I have been informed that vehicle will be.
delivered to me by last week of December. Your customer care services.
are bellow the standard for a company like word renowned MNC “Renault”.
where a customer is running from pillar to post for delivery schedule.
and nobody is even bother to respond. Agony of my suffering increase.
when I have been appraised from your dealer as well as customer care.
regarding increase rate applicability on booking despite of my.
booking is four month before. I am now frustrated and feel like.
    cheated as well.
Though my enthusiasm is still pressing me to owned ” Duster”,.but still no confirmation on delivery of vehicle. I think reno is not working as professional way in india, if they are not capable of delivery of vehicle within promised time than why they take Rs.50k booking amount and take interest on that from last 4 month and now dealer is saying take your booking amount after deducting 5k. customers jago about the fraud Renault or its dealer is doing. they are thing they are taking opportunity cost but keep in mind this type of attitude will ruin reno business in India.
