Hyundai India has inaugurated a new dealership in Mumbai to expand their footprint in the Maximum City. The company has 18 dealerships in Mumbai and the company enjoys a market share of 19.17 per cent in the city. Promoted by Mr Kamal Ailsinghani, the dealership is located at a prominent location in Navi Mumbai.
The company management believes that this new dealership will help strengthen their presence in the region to meet the growing demand for Hyundai cars. The company understands that Mumbai is a significant market for the company in Western India. The outlet is spread over a total built up area of 45,952 square feet and boasts of a capacity of 5,952 square feet to showcase the range of Hyundai cars and the rest of the space will be used as the workshop area. Flying high over the success of the Elite i20, the company plans to launch the updated Verna next week, which will be followed by a crossover based on the Elite i20. Their biggest launch of the year though would be the ix25 compact SUV which they plan to bring out around the festive season.
