Mahindra Quanto is the latest rage of the tinsel town! This Mahindra’s compact workhorse is here to demolish hatchbacks and entry-level sedans.
Would it be able to do that is a question that only time will tell. We have received many requests about Quanto’s on-road prices and here they are.
These on-road prices are for Pune and inclusive of Octroi and insurance. The base C2 variant can be had at around 6.8 Lakh on-road in Pune. These prices are truly bang in the target of B2 diesel hatchbacks and C1 entry level sedans. Mahindra has cleverly placed all the variants at a difference of approximately Rs 60,000 from each other.
We have also listed initial variant prices of Xylo for you to compare. The top of the line fully loaded Quanto is slightly over the price of Xylo base D2. So, if space is a big priority for you and you are ready to compromise on all the loaded features including airbags, ABS etc you have the option of the bigger and a proper MUV, Xylo. But we feel this would hardly be the case.
We also drove the Quanto and we will put up a quick review shortly. Meanwhile here are ex-showroom prices of Quanto in all major cities of India.
Not an irony that Quanto is the cheapest here in Pune-Mumbai. For all the details of Quanto including variant-wise features you can head back to our Quanto launch article.
So, would you ditch your hatchback plans and go for the Quanto..? Do share your views in the comments section below.
