Sept. 2014 Sales: Honda Registers 45% Growth (Model-wise Break-up Inside)

Among all car manufacturers in India, 2014 has been perhaps the best yet for Honda Cars India Ltd. (HCIL). Sailing on the success of the Mobilio (it outsold both the Ertiga and the Innova last month!) and the new City, the company registered another good month of sales registering a 45 per cent growth this time in September over the sales achieved in the same month last year. Honda sold 15,105 cars in the domestic market last month whereas it had managed to sell 10,354 cars in September 2013.
