On the occasion of Commercial Vehicles Business Unit‘s (CVBU) National Customer Care Day, Tata Motors launched its ‘Tata Alert’ highway assistance program for heavy and medium commercial vehicles.
Key features of this program:
- 24X7 availability across all National Highways in India
- On-site breakdown assistance within 4 hours of dialing toll-free number 1800-209-7979
- Assurance of putting back the vehicle on the road within 48 hours from the time restoration work begins
- In case of major repairs and if the vehicle is carrying perishable goods, ‘Tata Alert’ will provide load transfer assistance
Tata Motors has also launched an extended warranty program for the customers of Tata Ace and Tata Magic. This program will provide the customers an extended warranty period of 12 months or 36,000 Kilometers over and above the existing warranty. This service can be availed by paying a nominal fee within 30 days of purchase of the vehicle.
