Ford India has expanded retail distribution of genuine parts to South India and has appointed Eureka Ford Parts as the exclusive distributor of Ford spare parts for Tamil Nadu. This is the second exclusive distributor of Ford Genuine Parts in India after the company opened the first one in Delhi, back in November last year.
Eureka Ford Parts will be reaching out to all auto part retailers and independent repair shops, helping them gain access to competitively-priced, high-quality Ford parts for customers in Tamil Nadu. The company has further expansion plans in this domain and will be reaching out to many more cities in the near future.
Customers visiting Ford’s dealers and workshops though, will continue to get benefits of service novelties like Happy Pockets. This initiative ensures low cost of ownership by allowing Ford car owners to avail and experience service offerings starting at Rs 2,199.
Happy Pocket Service is performed by Ford’s trained mechanics who use genuine Ford parts and semi-synthetic engine oils and the jobs are performed by specific Ford tools and equipment. Over the counter availability of Ford Genuine Parts also add to the existing customer focused enterprises by the company, such as parts at sub-assembly levels for repairs, pan-India Roadside Assistance, 90 minute-Quick Service Bays, Mobile Service Vans, Vehicle report card and Quick Lane centre.
