With the start of new year, we have been witnessing many launches from various car manufacturers and are also keeping a tab on some of the most-awaited cars due for launch.
One of these is the Honda Brio Amaze which is one of the biggest car launches for this year. Being Honda’s first Diesel car in India, it has caught intense attention of the enthusiasts and the not so ones. We have already discussed a lot about this car and shared with you some important details as well.
But, the point of discussion for many days has been its expected price tag. Now, Economic Times reports that Honda is gearing up for a very competitive price tag to take on the segment leader – Swift DZire (Read Review).
Mr. Jnaneshwar Sen, senior vice-president (marketing & sales), Honda Car India, said: “We will outline a strategy close to the debut of the car.”
The company has also become aggressive to increase it’s reach to the common people by setting up new outlets, workshops in small towns. These will surely give them a widespread reach and positive returns. According to us, Honda will be pricing Amaze slightly over Dzire. The launch is scheduled sometime in April and a few dealers have started bookings unofficially as well.
