Renault Starts Teasing Duster AWD (4X4); Promo Video Released; Launch Very Soon

Renault has started teasing the All-wheel drive variant of the Duster and we have just received a teaser on our personal email address. They are forwarding informative mailers to prospective customers, certainly a good way to reach out. And they have also updated a few tidbits at the official site.

The All-wheel drive variant of the Duster is already on sale in international markets and Renault India exports it from India to a few countries under the Dacia brand.


As the ‘Coming Soon’ message suggests, the launch is just a few weeks or probably days away! The compact SUV claims of a first in the segment i-Drive technology with shift on the fly, which will allow you to shift through the modes when on the move. Featuring Electronic Stability Control (ESC) and Anti Slip Regulation (ASR), which is basically a secondary safety net after ABS, you can be sure of this that you are in safe hands err wheels!

Duster AWD also comes with Hill Start Assist and Renault claims best in class cabin comfort, thanks to the independent multilink suspension, an ideal setup for a comfortable ride. The cruise control will further help in increasing the benefits of a pleasurable and stress free ride.

Feel bored? Fret not for you can now listen to music, communication (and navigation, in case you get lost) and just a single touch on the new MediaNav system by LG. The otherwise bland interiors also get a slight sporty boost with burnt red colored upholstery. Duster AWD will be available only with the 110PS version of the 1.5L K9K diesel engine in more than one variants.
