Maruti Suzuki Recalls Ciaz: 3,796 Units To Be Inspected For Faulty Clutch
Maruti Suzuki’s flagship sedan, the Ciaz, within just two months of it launch sees a recall due to a ‘possible’ technical glitch. The company has recalled 3,796 units of the Honda City challenger, and this ‘voluntary preventive recall’ is being ordered to scrutinise a suspected fault in the clutch of the manual petrol as well as the diesel Ciaz which only comes with a manual gearbox.

Maruti to Launch New Ciaz Z+ top-end Trims in January 2015
Maruti launched its Ciaz sedan last week at a starting price of INR 6.99 lakh while the top-end variant is priced at INR 9.8 lakh (both prices ex-showroom, Delhi). But come January 2015, the current ZXi (O) and ZDi (O) will be superseded by the ZXi+ and ZDi+ as the new top-end trims.
