Toyota’s all times sales have surpassed the humongous 200 million mark in June. Toyota started producing cars in August 1935 and the first model was G1 truck.

It took the company 76 years and 11 months to achieve this landmark. Out of the total 200 million vehicles that Toyota has sold, 145.21 million were built in Japan and 55.12 million were manufactured in other markets. The best seller, without doubt has been the Corolla sedan which has mopped up a total of 39.08 million units alone.
