Skoda has started a special Monsoon check-up Camp for its customers from July 1 to July 31 2014. This would be the second such camp by the Czech Republic based auto major in the past few months, the last being the Summer check-up camp in May 2014.
This is clearly a reflection of the way the company has started to think – about customers! This initiative will entail a 30 point complimentary check of Skoda cars at its dealerships and service centres. Skoda realises that having a good product would not help them rise the difficult stairs of the Indian automotive hill! A strong after sales service and customer satisfaction will pave the way to success here.
This service will help customers enjoy a safe and tension free drive during the monsoons, which has so many tricks up its sleeves that even the most seasoned drivers find it difficult to drive…
The check-up would include a complete inspection of:
- Air Conditioner unit
- Engine
- Steering system
- Battery
- Electrical system
- Tires
- Brakes
- Wiper assembly
- Head lamps unit
Skoda also has plans to launch the next-gen Fabia in India sometime next year. Within this year, we will see the introduction of the new Skoda Yeti facelift in soon.
