Days after the launch of the performance oriented Abarth Punto with the glorious 1.4 litre T-Jet 145 bhp petrol mill, Fiat India has introduced a limited edition variant called as the Punto Sportivo and like Toyota’s ‘Sportivos’ it also gets some cosmetic tinkers and added features.
While most manufacturers introduce a limited edition variant based on the mid or top end trim but Fiat has done the opposite. The Punto Sportivo is based on the base Active variant! The limited edition Punto will hopefully add more sales to the declining performance of the Italian brand.
